Distribution Instructions

Webmasters - Right-click on the 'working preview' image and save it to your local hard drive. You will need to upload the image to your web server. Depending on the directory structure of your website, you may need to modify the <img src> of the logo. If you are using the custom logo, make sure you right-click on the logo and select "Save Picture As..." from the sub menu and save the picture with the following name: CustLogo.jpg

Copy the code provided in the textbox and paste it into the appropriate place(s) into your web page(s). Modify the image location if required. Once this change is published, please notify the appropriate personnel within your organization so they can notify all your supporters.

• (HTML format) - Open a new mail message in HTML format. Switch back to the webpage where you created the link. Right-click on the graphical link you generated with your organization ID number and select 'Copy' from the sub menu. Switch back to your new email, place your cursor where you want the link to appear and paste the link.
• (Text format) - We have provided a separate link for non HTML E-Mail. Simply copy the hyperlink and paste it into the body of your e-mail. Depending on your e-mail interface, it may become a hyperlink by default. If not, please refer to the help section of your e-mail tool to accomplish this.

Non-Webmasters - Unless you have access to your web server, you are better off providing this link: http://www.shopforcharityday.net/OrgLink.aspx to your webmaster. Ask him/her to place the appropriate logo or banner on your website. Once your webmaster has completed your request, you can then promote the new link to your supporters.
